| EXCHANGES |
| Wilson's has a simple exchange and return program: you can exchange or return any unopened and /or used purchase from our store and exchange it for another item upon submission of the item and your receipt.

| PRICING POLICY |
| Our pricing policy is simple: we sell at manufacturer suggested retail (msr) or less wherever possible. Accordingly, if you find the same product in another flyfishing retail store at a lesser regular landed price we will give you a credit in our store for the difference plus 10% Becoming your fly shop of choice starts with having the best pricing policy and we hope you will agree thatour policy is as good as it gets!

| WILSON'S does not sell or give customer information to anyone at any time for any reason. Period.

| SHIPPING |
| Unless otherwise requested we ship via Canada Post. However, if you would like to receive your purchase on a more timely basis we can send just about anything via overnight courier at preferred shipping rates. In this event the costs are paid by the customer.

| WARRANTIES |
| We stand behind all of the products we sell so if you have a problem or have any questions please let us know. Typically, manufacturers insist that customer be responsible for sending products back without involving the fly shop at which products are purchased but the friendly staff at WILSON'S will be more than happy to assist in any way that we can to make your shopping experience as convenient as possible.
