Wolf Lake Lodge

Location: Wolf Lake is located in Canada’s Yukon Territory approximately 1 hour east of Whitehorse by float plane.

The Lodge: Wolf Lake Lodge consists of 4 individual private guest cabins, the main lodge and a screened in gazebo. Cabins all have lake views and provide comfortable living quarters for up to 3 people. Each guest cabin includes a washroom with hot running water. All towels and linens are supplied and daily housekeeping is provided. Cabins are insulated and have an oil furnace to ensure a comfortable stay. The main lodge houses the kitchen and pantry which are open 24/7 for those who midnight cravings. The living area is complete with comfy couches, recliners, satellite television (that is rarely used), satellite telephone and email access.

The Fishing: Spend the day trolling the crystal clear waters of Wolf Lake in search of your trophy lake trout, wading the Wolf River or sight fishing the Northern Pike as they patrol the shoreline of May Lake. Wildlife viewing and photography opportunities are as endless as the fish to be caught!

Typical Day: The Lodge provides Lund boats with fuel efficient Honda Motors and allows guests to fish when and where they please because in June & July there is almost 24 hours of day light ! Boats are equipped with padded swivel seats, rod holders and depth finders.

Getting There: The lodge is accessible by fly-in only from Whitehorse. The flight to and from the lodge is included in the price.

PRICE: 2009 USD pricing/person Double Occup. 4 days/4 nights $3,150 & 6 days/6 nights $3,800 Other lengths of stay available upon request 25% non-refundable deposits are required upon booking with the balance due upon arrival. As with any trip travel insurance is recommended.
