Let’s face it – fly fishers are gadget heads. We all want the latest and greatest and often spend more than we should on stuff that we don’t really need - at least that’s what our spouses think

So, what do we do with it all? While most of us would rather have a root canal than get rid of some of the gear we have collected over the years there are some people who would consider trading in their old gear so they can upgrade to better equipment. That’s where we come in.

WILSON’S would like to buy your old gear and give you a gift certificate to spend in our store. If you have rods, reels or other items that you no longer use and would like to turn them into cash, let us know!

So how does it work? Bring your gear to our Toronto store, we will inspect it and propose an amount to buy it from you. If we agree to a price we will give you the equivalent in the form of a gift certificate to spend in our store or with us on-line. It’s that simple. No other fly shop in Canada has this program and we hope it helps you get that special gear you have wanted for years!
